Anny has several certifications to compliment her extensive background as a personal trainer and weight management coach; such as Group Exercise, Pilates, Kettle bell training and Sports Nutrition.  However; her true passion is individual one on one personal training.

Anny has worked with a wide range of clients, from the very young to the young at heart, from very sedentary and rehabilitation recuperating to the fittest if tri-athletes.

Anny’s intense style and intuitive knowledge of personal training and weight management ensure her clients reach their goals, continually improve and maintain their fitness and physique gains.

Katie brings personal success to life with her clients.  Her own weight loss and body transformation story inspire her clients and empower them to achieve their own goals.  Using her tremendous knowledge of core, balance, strength, endurance and flexibility training she designs a custom individualized program that stimulates the body to change. Her detailed attention to form is her strongest asset. She believes in long term, life changing results by incorporating fun, energizing, safe and healthy methods of training and nutrition.       ACE Certified Personal Trainer Hey Fitness Fam! Hi, my name is Blake and I am an ACE certified personal trainer and health coach. My fitness journey began when I was very young as I have been a bigger guy my entire life. I was often teased by the other kids and obviously that did not feel good. As a teenager my weight topped off around 300 pounds and it got to the point where some of my friends didn’t even recognize me anymore. This was my rock bottom moment and it sparked me to exercise harder, eat healthier, and be more consistent than I have ever been before. This ultimately led to me losing about 100 pounds over the course of a year which I have kept off for over 15 years now. After losing the weight I have so much more energy, my mood is much more positive, I am more confident, and I have a sense of peace knowing that I can control my weight with working out and eating right each and every day. In fact, besides routine check-ups, I have not needed to go to the doctor since losing the weight and people often guesses my age as 5 plus years younger than I actually am. When I look around and see other people who are unhealthy I know that they are not experiencing life to its fullest and I know how that feels because I have been in their shoes. My mission is to help people live a healthier lifestyle holistically including eating healthy, exercising, and balancing their time spent taking care of obligations with making time to enjoy family, friends, themselves, and activities that enrich their lives. I have coached numerous people from all ages and backgrounds who have achieved this through fitness and I have seen them grow into new and improved versions of themselves that have stronger bodies, minds, and spirits. At the end of the day, what it all boils down to for me is the often misconstrued segment of the American dream, the pursuit of happiness. We too often try to achieve this through the material world but when it comes down to it I strongly believe that our health is the first and most important priority to being truly happy hence my motto; Be Healthy, Be Happy!
