A native of Russia and Ukraine Figure Skater in young age Marina has been in the fitness industry since 1982 , holding several International Fitness Certifications.

She has taken part in TV fitness programs  and participated in the Sport Aerobic Championship  in 1989.

Marina moved to the United States in 2004 where she continued teaching Aerobic Fitness and Personal Training. As an engineer she found more interesting engineering human bodies rather then machines.

Marina has taught for  15  years on the Tampa Bay Yoga Cruises and Yoga Retreats in Costa Rica.

She is experienced in training from a young athletes to a seniors.

She has unique way to find an individual program for every special client and using holistic approach for a life style and nutrition.
