Anny Mendez
A.C.E Certified Personal Trainer since 1998 and Owner of Beachfront Fitness Anny has several certifications to compliment her extensive background as a personal trainer and weight management coach; such as Group Exercise, Pilates, Kettle bell training and Sports Nutrition.  However; her true passion is individual one on one personal training. Anny has worked with a wide range of clients, from the very young to the young at heart, from very sedentary and rehabilitation recuperating to the fittest if tri-athletes. Anny’s intense style and intuitive knowledge of personal training and weight management ensure her clients reach their goals, continually improve and maintain their fitness and physique gains.
    Marina Lagler
    A native of Russia and Ukraine Figure Skater in young age Marina has been in the fitness industry since 1982 , holding several International Fitness Certifications. She has taken part in TV fitness programs  and participated in the Sport Aerobic Championship  in 1989. Marina moved to the United States in 2004 where she continued teaching Aerobic Fitness and Personal Training. As an engineer she found more interesting engineering human bodies rather then machines. Marina has taught for  15  years on the Tampa Bay Yoga Cruises and Yoga Retreats in Costa Rica. She is experienced in training from a young athletes to a seniors.     NPTI Certified Personal Trainer, NPTI Certified Nutrition Coach with over 10 years experience. Katie brings personal success to life with her clients.  Her own weight loss and body transformation story inspire her clients and empower them to achieve their own goals.  Using her tremendous knowledge of core, balance, strength, endurance and flexibility training she designs a custom individualized program that stimulates the body to change. Her detailed attention to form is her strongest asset. She believes in long term, life changing results by incorporating fun, energizing, safe and healthy methods of training and nutrition. Katie’s clients are ensured a very balanced and thorough training experience.
