I was fortunate to have been introduced to fitness at a young age and knew early on that it was my passion.

My first official training job came before I even graduated high school when I was asked by the football coach to organize and run the spring training strength and conditioning program. The next year I started the “Wellness Exercise Instructor” course at Shelton State Community College where I studied under Dr. Milady Murphy.

The program was well rounded and provided me with the tools I have used over the last 20 years in my fitness career. I have trained people of all ages, fitness levels and limitations. I believe that anyone can improve with the proper guidance and instruction. The quality of life increase that we get from proper fitness and nutrition is priceless and I have been blessed to help hundreds of people become the best versions of themselves.
