Class details

At BeachFront Fitness we offer a variety of classes for all levels of fitness and ages.

We have multiple Yoga classes throughout the week, including Saturdays, High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) classes, Pilates and other moderate to high intensity classes.  Our Instructors will guide you through the class and carefully explain proper form and techniques to get the most benefit possible from your workout.  We also offer classes specific to our Silver Sneakers and Optum fitness Advantage members.
